Welcome to the Terry Writers blog
Although many blogs specialize around one theme—to build the author’s “brand”—we’re opting for serendipity, for discovery, in a culture growing narrower as schools drop the arts, music, geography and even cursive writing. In a culture where people look at their phones, not at each other, and search online for a specific subject with little time or opportunity for discovery.
Our passions range from volunteer tourism and trips down the path-less-traveled to property tax inequality in Chicago; from character-filled homes to chemical-free gardening, eco-friendly farming and healthier eating, but we’re always open to the unexpected.
